It is, indeed, the best of times and the worst of times. Americans have never before experienced such wealth and prosperity. Even those who are classified "poor" live as kings compared to previous generations.

And yet, the very foundation of our nation is being ripped apart. A new generation is entering the mainstream of American culture that has been taught to question everything that has the label of "truth" written on it; character and family values have been openly mocked and ridiculed by our mass media and entertainment industry; our political leaders spew hatred and venom towards their opponents and any who disagree with their worldview; homosexuals want to marry and Christians are divorcing each other more than at any other time in our nation's history.
