Grace Church Children's Ministry

The children’s ministry of Grace Church partners with parents to lead children into a meaningful and growing relationship with Christ.

Our children, the next generation, need to be reached and won with the gospel of Jesus Christ.  Parents are responsible for the spiritual training of their children and are daily facing a spiritual battle.

Today we need to effectively teach children God’s principles and expectations, and provide for them a way to think and act biblically while building within them a hunger for God’s righteousness and a passion for God.  Grace Church partners with you, the parents, and the Holy Spirit in transforming the lives of these little ones for God’s glory.  This will make the biggest and most lasting impact on today’s culture and society! 

Core Values

Growing Meaningful Relationship
We believe that a child should have a growing and meaningful relationship with Christ. That after salvation they are in a right standing with God and are able to live a life more like our Lord Jesus Christ. Acts 20:32, I Corinthians 1:2 and 1:30, II Thessalonians 2:13, John 17:17-19, Romans 6:1-27, II Corinthians 3:18.

Sacredness of Children
We are committed to maintaining and improving a safe physical, moral, emotional, and spiritual environment. Matthew 18:6, Luke 17:2 and Mark 9:42.

Parental Responsibility
Parents should provide the primary spiritual training of children. Deuteronomy 1:31, 6:4-9, 11:18-21, 21:18-19, Psalms 78:5-8, Luke 8:39 and Ephesians 6:4.

Prayer is Essential
Spiritual transformation requires us to rely upon God’s grace and power; we must therefore pray for the children we seek to impact for God. I Samuel 1:10-16, II Samuel 12:16, Lamentations 2:19, James 5:16 and I Thessalonians 5:17.
