What are Grace Groups?

Grace Groups are small groups of Christians at Grace Church that meet regularly for Bible study, Christian community and prayer.

Why do we have Grace Groups?

Grace Groups exist to help disciples at Grace Church grow to maturity in Christ by connecting them with other disciples for Bible study, Christian community, and prayer, so that the whole body is healthy and growing (Acts 2:42-47; Ephesians 4:11-16). Grace Groups are the key way to get connected and be encouraged to grow spiritually here at Grace Church. While a large Sunday morning service provides a great opportunity for corporate worship and preaching for the Word of God, it is in smaller gatherings that friendships can develop and growth can take place.

They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe at the many wonders and signs performed by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
